In 2012 FYC will visit the USA, with stops in Cincinnati and New York. The choir has been nominated by the Association of British Choral Directors to represent Great Britain in the 7th World Choir Games, a veritable Olympics of choral singing.

FYC has asked ACFEA, a travel agent with years of experience of organising such tours, to take on the task. Plane tickets have been secured, competition programmes have been submitted, fund-raising is fully underway.
